As well as utilising Facebook for social media marketing purposes, marketers could soon be using a new cost-effective app to sell products through the social networking site, according to an article featured on businessnewsdaily.com.
TabJuice will allow businesses – both small and large – to act on the potential of the new Facebook iFrame system in order to create virtual shopfronts and shopfront tabs within the business pages that they already operate.
The app will offer a huge amount of freedom for customization – including colour schemes, backgrounds and layouts.
It will also feature secure payment process methods, including options such as PayPal.
Founder of TabJuice, Dylan Whitman said: “Every company with a Facebook presence is constantly trying to find ways to transform fans into customers.”
Emphasising the directness that the app offered, Whitman added: “And, in the e-commerce world, there is immense focus on reducing the number of steps – or clicks – a consumer must take in order to make a purchase. TabJuice’s groundbreaking technology allow sellers to offer a branded shopping experience directly on their Facebook pages, where they are already connecting with their fans.”
Not needing a software install, the app is available without any contractual obligations or commission to be paid from sales.
