London’s most famous retail store, Harrods, have launched a mobile phone app for iPhone to step up their social media marketing strategy according to brandrepublic.com.
The luxury department store have launched the app to help customers navigate around the store and will also allow shoppers to find their location whilst shopping.
Also included within the app is a function that will give shoppers a history of the store, a 3D visualisation tool and also an events calendar.
